    New Xbox Music Videos not loading


    Hi,

    Great News about the new 92000 music videos that have hit xbox music. However none I have tried will load. It defaults back to the photos. The ones I have tried all have a small video camera icon so there should be a music video attached.

    Anybody having this problem?

    XBOX ONE, getting music videos purchased on XBOX 360

    Hello, I have hooked up my new XBOX ONE, got my gamer tag, achievements, and awards that I had from my XBOX 360. However I can not figure out how to get the music videos I purchased on my XBOX 360. The movies I purchased on the XBOX 360, went to my XBOX
    ONE, but not the music videos. on the XBOX 360 over the last few years I have purchased about 200 music videos. How can I get those music videos on my XBOX ONE? PLEASE HELP!!

    Moving to another Microsoft Account

    Hello!



    If I change the Microsoft Account associated with my Xbox Gamertag, will my Xbox Music cloud collection and Xbox Videos come with me to my new account, or they'll stay on the old Microsoft account? I'm aware that gamerscore and achievements will move to
    the new account, but not sure about music & videos.

    Not working for me either. Initially got an error code, restarted and now nothing happens when I click play. US only?

    I suppose it could be. But then why put a vidcam icon all over the shop.... Ah! just to remind you what other xbox one users are getting!

    Tested the Music videos this morning said music videos on in the tab the selected song had the icon but there was know video so not to sure whats happening

    Mine started to work eventually, but now only shows the 30 second preview or nothing at all. Frustrated...yes.

    signed up for the 30 day trial for music pass

    seeing as the Music app is no longer zune but xbox music now the videos have to be re downloaded through your down load history witch can be found in the account management in the setting part xbox 360..the app you want is xbox music if you click on the
    xbox music in the music ssection your xbox 360 should automaticly load the app.the app can also be loaded up on you xbox by going to the music section on you xbox 360 and goto the xbox music section you should be able to get the music app there
