New Xbox Live not working

Hi,

I just have bought a new Xbox Live card (12 months) and it worked only for one minute. I even had time to click on the game of the months Free with Gold then nothing. Now, it says I have only 14 days left to use Live and that I have to renew the contract.

What can I do?

Loading first time update

Just bought new xbox one and the update is not working!! Is this an xbox live issue?

Xbox live gold12 months

i bought xbox live gold 12 months. Why does it not work? Got a new one from the store, still not working!

Double check your subscription at Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure it shows your 12 month going through and to see if it shows any errors or it being cancelled or anything weird. If it does show you should
have the 12 month, or any other errors, you'll want to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or Contact Us | Xbox Support

Yes. You'll have to recover your gamertag if it's not on a storage device you can attach to the console, but other than that it'll work. Your gamertag is not bound to a specific console.
