    New Xbox Live Account Help


    Hey guys, my dad is getting a xbox live account and we play destiny on my live account. I purchased The Taken King Legendary edition (hard copy) this past winter. Would I be able to use the code from TTK that I have on my live account for all of the expansions
    and put it on my dads account (which is going to be on a new xbox one) or would I have to buy a new copy of destiny for him.

    Help with child account?

    You will need to setup a new email account for the child

    change the email address on his account to the new account

    Setup your xbox live account with your email address

    pull in his account under your xbox live account as a child account in under your master family account

    Hi, you can
    change the email associated withan Xbox account     by adding a new email to the account and then removing the old one. Note that an existing @outlook/@live/@hotmailaccount is considered an existing Microsoft account with Microsoft/Xbox information associated
    with it and therefore can't be used, even if that account has never used Xbox Live features before. You could create a new @outlook/@live account in the process of setting up the new email, or use another email from another provider that is not already linked
    as an alias to a different Microsoft account. Hope this helps!

    The thing about the four digit passcode didn't help. If I have a paid xbox live gold will it tranfer to my new xbox live account if i tranfer it?

    Tried connecting my xbox account, got error and now I still cant connect.

    That didnt help sadly. My xbox isnt registering my user to my Microsoft account. So i simply just made a new xbox live account and it worked this time. But thank you for the help! :)

    Old origin (ea) account to new Xbox Live account

    When you purchased your copy of NCAA Football 13; was an EA Sports Online Pass, that came with your before-stated copy (if any), used on an older Xbox Live account (not on your new Xbox Live account that you recently created)? If so, for your new Xbox Live
    account, you must purchase and use a new EA Sports Online Pass in order to play NCAA Football 13 online [with your new account]. Otherwise, you can use the [un-used] EA Sports Online Pass, that came with your before-stated copy, on your new Xbox Live account.
