    New Xbox from Amazon. Defective!


    I bought an Xbox series x bundle off Amazon. And when I turned it on it popped up error code: 0x80bd0024

    It has a permanent ban on it. And idk why when I literally just bought this from Amazon! Please help!!! I’ve never had any problems with Xbox before.

    Since it's brand new, exchange it with Amazon as defective. Amazon should provide a free return label.
