    Sorry to hear that you haven't been accepted yet. However, it has been announced that the program is currently full and they are not accepting new people at the moment. If you have been sent an invitation though please be patient and keep an eye on your
    Live messages as they will notify people when they are ready to add new again.

    Sounds like the console is registered for the beta under the other gamertag. All people in the beta were added automatically within the last week or so.

    I'd recommend logging in with that tag to remove your console from the preview but that would factory reset the console deleting all content on your console's hard drive (game saves on the Cloud and content on an external drive are not affected). However,
    from what I understand the new dash should be coming to all in mid November so it would be a moot point now anyway.

    However, if you would not like to be in any previews then I like to suggest logging in with that tag and removing it from the program's future updates.
