    new xbox experience update


    This is my first time posting here, but my xbox one have been randomly turning off after coupel of hours of playing and sometimes when i'm playing a game and try to press the dashboard button my screen like freezes and i can't get press anything for coupel
    of seconds and i get a error after while saying '' this is not working this time '' or something like that. is this happening to anyone else ?
