New xbox exclusives not impressive?

Anyone else not impressed by the new xbox exclusives? I mean quantum break was average right? and we don't know if scalebound recore or sea of theives will be any good.

The Xbox 3, Make The Games The Priority.

Xbox needs to come up with some great exclusives games if they don't I will not be buying there next system. I know that the ps4 already has great exclusives coming like Driveclub, Killzone Shadow Fall's, and Infamous Second Son's New Hero. Sony done sold
me on just them exclusives and I know xbox will not be getting any of them 3 games, Hope xbox can come up with some great ones so they can convinces me to buy there new system.

I cant wait for Scalebound and Recore.

I hope they are good.

I was not impressed from Quantum Break....

 

So Microsoft's exclusives suck because you didn't care for "Quantum Break"?

That's a little silly really.

 

In my opinion Scalebound looks mediocre from what we've seen. Sea of Thieves looks stupid. Not sure about Recore though. Hopefully its good. The exclusive games I am looking forward to are: Cuphead, Below, We Happy Few and Inside. They do need some new games
to announce at E3 and let's hope Crackdown 3 is good.

 

I think the best new IP to come out for Xbox this generation has been Sunset Overdrive, man that was brilliant! I'm also looking forward to Recore, I haven't seen much more on it since E3 last year though.

 

I'll answer this question after E3. But as of right now, outside Gears of War 4, there are no exclusives for the Xbox I am looking forward to.

 

Yeah be nice if they eventually have the Gears of War or Halo teams make other different games that are exclusive. Make a Medal of honor and Battlefield kinda game but be exclusive.

 

Halo Wars 2 has potential.

 

XBOX needs a adventure game to compete with Uncharted. Yeah guess we could say we got Tomb Raider.

 

No games can compete with Uncharted 4.

 

Nothing at all. I very much enjoyed SSO and that's about it as far as exclusives go. Had slightly above average hopes for QB, but the more i seen, the more I knew I wasn't going to purchase it until it hits sub £20 here in the UK. Was stoked for Scalebound
initially, yet same story as above, it's looking less promising every time they show it. Never cared for either Halo or GoW, and Forza stopped being good after Forza 4. Saying that, not played Forza Horizon, so that's maybe an unfair assessment.

It may seem I dislike everything MS is giving us and that's not the case, it's more to do with the fact that's all we've more or less had for the last few years. Halo, GoW, Forza on a loop. They need to give us something new and for that something to be
on par with Halo and GoW. Not a half hearted effort like QB.

 

^I just have to say that Forza Horizon 2 is amazing, so different to the standard Forza games. I enjoyed it that much more that I don't think I'll buy the standard Forza's again.

 

Im not saying that microsoft's exclusives wont be good. but sony has been doing the exclusives thing for a little bit longer than microsoft so they have a little more experience.

With that being said i can live without halo.

dead rising 3

gears of war 4

and maybe sea of thieves(gotta see more of the game)

microsoft and xbox could learn a thing or two from sony.

they need to bring us more story driven games instead of recycling the same shooters and racers every few years. but with the upcoming lineup of xbox exclusives it does look like the xbox division is growing and they're trying to go in a different direction(quantum
break for example, we need to see more story driven games like this on xbox) the xbox division has more revenue at their disposal for AAA exclusives, they just need to start spending a little more.
