    Hi We purchased a new Xbox for daughters birthday. It came with exclusive fortnite and rocket league bundles. I had to log in to my account to be able to set up the xbox as she is only 8 however during setup it automatically accepted the content but because I was logged in doing set up it has gone onto my account not my daughters without giving me the option. I don't play on the xbox I just manage the kids accounts so it's a total waste. I have been trying to contact microsoft but can't contact them at all at the moment so was wondering if anyone knows if there is anything I can do please?

    Hello Amy, when a code or bundle is redeemed in a Microsoft account it is attached to it and cannot transfer to another account.

    Even if you have accounts in a family when an item is redeemed it has to be in the account that will play.

    Did it go to the wrong Xbox or the wrong account? If your account is shared, then the Sim 4 Island Living download will have gone to the Home Xbox (assuming it is set to download new content automatically). If the account is shared between your son and
    daughter, you can simply download the content from her Xbox.

    There is no word on what the exclusive content is.

    Normally, when a multiplatform title has console-exclusive content, that content comes to PC at a minimum and the other consoles "later".
