New Xbox elite series 2 controllers from service centre all broken?!

Hi,

i bought a new xbox elite series 2 controller 5 months ago. Worked fine for 2 months, then one of the toggles had an issue. No problem I thought, its passed the Amazon return daye but its still in warrenty.

I was wrong. The nearest drop off is a pain to get to. It took nearly 3 weeks for the controller to be shipped, recieved, inspected and for a “replacement controller” to be sent out.

That repacement was also faulty. Same process again. New replacement, also faulty. This is now the third controller ive had in replacement and ill have to go through the same run around again to get what im sure will be another faulty controller.

its been 3 months and ive been without a controller being sold as top of the line at £160. I just want a refund or a brand new controller. Not a recylced one that apparently never gets actually serviced.

Im shocked at how badly microsofts xbox repair centre has done with this.

Amazon has a 30 day return window. The fault occurred after that window.

And do you know, I actually did expect a delay. And was fine with it.

What i wasnt happy about was being given the run around by customer service, and then being given 3 faulty replacements.

I mean come on man, im not trying to be an [Mod removed] here. What im saying is i paid a lot of money for a controller that doesnt work, that was frustrating bug it happens. Being sent 2 more broken controllers after that is pretty unacceptable.

same.

my 1st elite: crash gumi grips. send back to service, but i buy a new one for this 2 week. Try this new: right stick drift to right...

ok, my 1st elite came back, try this. left stick drift to right (fresh new controller from ms service)

ok i sent back this 2 broken Elites.

1-2 week done, get 2 new fresh Elites... tested... both new Elite's (my 3rd and 4th) left sticks drift to right...

my last 5 Elites broken, 3 fresh from Xbox Support. Thats a big joke.

The Elite Series 2 controller has a 1 year warranty.

If your controller isn’t working and needs replacing, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/controller/controller-warranty and
enter the controller’s serial number at the bottom of that page. For the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, the 14-character serial number is in the lower centre on the back of the controller.

no don't buy an elite series 2 because ive had 2 brand new elite series 2 and they where both broken out of the box
