New xbox dashboard issues through xbox preview program

I am currently experiencing a lot of bugs in this new update of the dashboard!!! I would like to help but I am pretty upset because it is so bad that I am unable to play my games. Yes I know I am apart of this program to help fix these bugs and let microsoft
know of these problems. This is a bit overboard on problems though to be testing in my oppinion. I would really like to get a solution to this without doing a factory reset on my system so that I can just play my games. So here we go, these are the issues
that I have noticed and have been experiencing. First I can tell when I am going to have these issues. I can tell because the couple times the new dashboard has worked it has had a different power up screen. So when I start to see the original power up screen
is when I know that I am going to be having issues. Now that I have my xbox powered on with the first issue that I have noticed there are more to come. The next issue seems to be that the whole dashboard does not load up and does not allow me to access anything
through xbox live. I am currently unable to see my friends list, start a party, access applications and unable to play games unless in a offline mode. I find this no fun because I play with my friends through xbox live. The last main issue I am seeing with
this and it is a issue with not just the dashboard but the xbox preview program as a whole. I am unable to undownload any updates through this program which is unfortunate in my case. I am also unable to even access the program. Anytime I go into the xbox
preview program now it says it is only for members, I am clearly a member because I have received this update. I understand that the xbox preview program is exactly for what I am doing now but when it reaches a point of problems at this level there needs to
be other solutions to allow players to undownload until issues are resolved. Nobody likes to play xbox by them selves, well not me at least and I am pretty sure I speak for majority of the community on that. So if anyone knows any solutions to this other than
a hard restart or factory reset please let me know and I hope the preview program sees this so they can resolve these issues.

Still getting group not found

 

yeh i get group not found when i try an post there too , i am in the preview programme too , i have had no end of issues with not being able to get the dashboard to respond to the guide button , my screen greys out slightly and i lose sound an nothing appears
in the way of dashboard menu's. If and when i am able to play games , it randomly crashes my xbox and it powers down , right in the middle of a game .... whats that all about ? If i am playing a game and i want to play something else , i cannot use the dashboard
options to close that programme , and if i try , i get lots of error messages and i have to stand by my console and hold the power button til the noise stops in order to get the xbox to fire up properly again. This is obviously not fun , and is ruining my
xbox live experience , i do not mind trying to help out and do some final testing , but this is bordering on alpha or beta level of problems , no way is this patch ready to be public , it causes so many issues , and trying to party with friends not in the
programme is also having issues. personally i think by the number of people having issues with this current patch , it should be removed for more in house testing before being re released and tested again by us gamers , who want to help while we play games
, not be unable to play games because we chose to help ... not sure what good posting this in here is , but seeing as the 'official' linked thread has no group found and works about as well as the dashboard update.... i figured this is as good a place as

I am having all kinds of problems but the major issue I am having is the crashing of everything when trying to access my games and apps. This is making it impossible to play anything other then the 2 games I have pinned to the dashboard itself please get
a patch for this problem ASAP

 

I am having the same network issues with the new dashboard beta and it won't let me access the forums either
