    (new) Xbox Console Streaming black screen after submitting feedback


    So, First of all.

    I was checking the new update of the Xbox app on PC to check cloud gaming, but since my country is not supported I only have access to the console streaming.

    First thing I noticed is that regardless if my console is power supplied or not, the app will say is turned on (or the equivalent on English, I use it on Spanish).

    So I tried anyways and as expected, the app throw me an error of not being able to connect and the option to send feedback, so I did.

    What I was not expecting was to be left in a full black screen without an exit button/command.

    I would love to submit a video or screenshots in this subreddit of that experience but I don't want it to be taken as a promotion of my social media channels.

    I'm having the same issue on Windows 11 Xbox App, tried everything that people said here, but still black screen after the spaceship. Streaming works fine on my iPhone. Something curious is that even if its a black screen I can still hear the xbox sounds and games, but only the black screen is the issue...

    Looking at the console error code it states that the console needs to be repaired. If this happened only after getting the new beta update then please submit a report on the Connect site
    here (Click Submit Feedback). Follow the instructions and someone from the Microsoft Support team will reach out to you.

    When is Microsoft going to acknowledge that this "new experience" is buggy and needs fixing

    @munkyxtc I though the "Submit Feedback" option on the shut down screen was only available to consoles enrolled in the preview program.
