New Xbox console store update

There was a new multiplayer update as well as the new 13GB update, try restarting your console or Looking on the store for the new multiplayer pack, It's around 18GB

If it got deleted, can you try reinstalling it from the store? Seems very strange for it to just disappear like that.

This is not correct. Edge is part of the OS and can't be found in the store.

Usually a Restart of the console after a update should restore it.

If the console is enrolled in a Insider preview use the Report a problem feature.

Hi, if your Xbox is using the preview update and your friends Xbox isn't and you purchased the game from the store on the preview Xbox that is one of the quirks of using the preview.

Games purchased on a system using the preview are not available on a system not using the preview. That will be changed once the update is released publicly.

You will get access to you games etc which were purchased on the new Xbox store once the update goes public, or enrol back into the preview and the games will be fine.

The controller might be faulty or it may just need to have it's firmware updated:

If the new controller still doesn't work with your headset after a firmware update then if console is brand new you might be able to get your store to replace the controller and/or whole system if they won't do a partial replacement. Remove your profile
from the console before taking it back to the store.
