new xbox came with game in it, is that ok?

just installed my new xbox one 500G today (6/2/2017)

the xbox updated (4GB update), i made an account entered my 14 day xbox live.

when i checked my account apps and game i saw i have rainbow six already donloaded in the device

is that ok? is the NEW xbox one suppose to come with a game inside of it?

Sonic Generations is giving the disc unreadable error... Its a downloaded game

It's 7.21 G's. Just for the heck of it I tried downloading the game on a newer xbox I had access to, and it works. My xbox 360 is the first model they came out with and it was working perfectly before the newest update came out. I've tried everything, deleting
all the game data, clearing the cache, downloading it again and none of that works. But on a new xbox it works perfectly fine.

 

That usually means someone else had the console before you and left the console as their Home console. Consoles do not come with games preloaded. If the original user changes Home consoles, you will lose access to that game.

 

After i wrote this post, the xbox one downloaded data for this game, alot of data.

now when i try to enter the game i get a message asking me to enter a disk or buy the game.

the xbox was wraped sealed and with no updates, is it still possible i got a second hand console?

 

Yup. Someone could have bought it, then decided to return it but rewrapped it.
