New xbox beta app for windows

Hi guys and gals, i have recently cancelled the xbox ultimate games pass and swapped to the new pc pass. Since then i have also formatted my HDD to start fresh.

I couldnt install or download any games straight away but some jiggery pokery got that sorted, then i could download games with no issues but the games ran really slow and would crash within a minute or two

I read on another thread that said turning off offline permissions might help so i did that and the games will now run without crashing ( iv only tested this for about 5 mins) but the games run incredibly slow, unplayably slow.

I read some other threads and followed all the advice and i havent got anywhere so i would really appreciate some help

The game i have been trying to play is Plague Innocence, i have already played the game fully on this pc and it ran brillianly so i know my pc is capable of running that game on Ultra settings

I downloaded No mans sky and Metal slug x for testing purposes and i have the same issue.

I have games installed on the same HDD from other platforms that all run perfectly so it does seem to be a problem with the Xbox app

I have tried running the games straight from the start menu

i dont have any AV software running other than the standard windows stuff.

there are no other significant changes to my pc since the games ran perfectly

I`ve tried uninstalling the xbox pc app and reinstalling a few times

AMD Ryzen 5 3600 x 6-core 3.80 Ghz

AMD Radion 5700 xt

If theres any other info you need please let me know.

Please feel free to spell things out for me because i am still learning when it comes to gaming PC`s
