    New Xbox Avatars Release


    Hello,

    I was informed the new xbox avatars have been released, and did some research to find that claim to be true. I also heard that you were greeted with a prompt to create the new avatars when booting up your xbox.

    The prompt has not appeared for me (or I might've missed it) and am wondering if there is another way to create the new xbox avatars? I cant seem to find anyone asking this question so I thought I would ask it myself. I currently have the xbox original avatar
    app downloaded and think that may be the problem and reason why I can not get the new xbox avatar app.

    I heard that XBOX original was comming out this fall as "THE X" releases (also they are adding new AVATARS).

    You may have to force your system to download and install the newest update. Sometimes it takes a while for the system to automatically grab it.

    since the new Avatars just were released to the public, my assumption is that the outfit will be send soon, since it was planned to be released after the public release of the new Avatars.

    Hopefully it will be somewhere this week.

    I wish there was more to do with our avatars on Xbox Live. They were pretty good at supporting them during the 360 days, with community type games you could use your avatar for. But it seems like since they released the new upgraded avatars there hasn't
    been much support. Here's hoping they fix that with the Series X release.
