    try to call customer service by phone and give them the codes they will see when they were used and if it is with another account that yours.

    I got a new controller, and it came a Xbox game pass ultimate redeem code. I tried it on my Xbox one and it says it has already been redeemed, So I tried it on the Microsoft website and it says the same thing, but I just got this for Christmas, can somebody tell me why it says it’s already been redeemed, thank you!

    Redeem a code--says it is already redeemed.

    If the code shows as redeemed, then it be an issue with the retailer (in this case Amazon).
