    I have tried this method by using a USB to manually update my console and i still am not able to get the new update i contacted Microsoft and it says that my console has been banned but they verified that it was not banned i am still not able to get online
    or play any games what so ever i have unplugged my router and i have tried to do it from the flash drive but it keeps giving me this source code: 40A3-416B-1380-0701-C000-0099 it doesn't allow me to do anything whats so ever how do i fix this problem it even
    has been verified my console has not been banned

    Gauntlet Seven Sorrows won't play after downloading.

    Greetings All,

    Downloaded, installed and successfully played 'Gauntlet Seven Sorrows' yesterday, 3 May 2014.

    Hardware:

    Xbox 360 slim w/250GB hard-drive

    All updates current

    Sequence of step

    1) Purchased from xbox.com

    2) logged into my xbox 360 profile

    3) search for the game thru bing (web browser)

    4) selected 'download again'

    5) waited for download and install to complete

    6) began playing

    Try family settings it happened to me you mite have restricted permissions on.

    i tried the family settings and they were set to off so i turned them on and allowed everything and still the same code nothing different happened so i turned them off and tried again and i got the same error/source code as before
