    Hi!

    i need to buy a new power supply unit for my Xbox 360 Slim to use in Canada. I contacted the Xbox Hardware support and i was told that they no longer have a 360 power unit but they have asked me to check & purchase from Microsoft partnered stores. I need
    help finding one. Please suggest!

    US Console - Power Supply Unit - Going to France

    Hi All,

    I am going to France for the next 3 months and I'm wondering if I need to get a new power supply unit from the French Xbox Customer support line since the power supply unit is only made available off phone support? Will a French xbox customer support purchased
    power supply unit work for my US xbox 360 s console?

    Xbox 360 S console won't turn up. Power supply shows Orange light.

    I had requested replacement of my xbox 360 S power supply as with previous unit my console was not working - sometimes.

    After receiving and attaching this new power supply sent by xbox support team, my xbox console does not turn on at all. I can see amber/orange solid light on by new power supply unit, but console just beeps, but won't turn on and show green light.

    My previous power supply was working properly, but only sometimes it used to show above behavior. With new power supply, I am not able to power on my console at all. Can my old power supply unit be returned?

    but you could search for a power supply on bestbuy canada, they got a xbox 360 power supply

    I guess you could also search some other stores in canada

    Try third party providers you can find online.Those machines are out of the production now so parts for them would be harder to find as time goes by.

    Maybe it's time to update to the new gen of consoles

    Do not connect any other devices between the XBOX 360 power supply unit and the XBOX 360 console, or between the power cord and the XBOX 360 power supply unit.

    Hey NMgamer,

    I'm sorry to hear about this issue being experienced with your Xbox 360 S not powering on.

    If you've tried everything with the power input then either the power supply or the internal hardware responsible for distribution of the power is no longer working and would need to be replaced. Unfortunately, Microsoft no longer services Xbox 360's or
    sell power supplies for the Xbox 360. The best way to go about this is possibly find a local third party electronic repair center that specializes in consoles or see if you can find a power unit on Amazon or eBay. Here is more information on the Xbox 360 power

    Okay, but is the output the same in all power supply units? Would buying a power supply unit for a US Xbox 360 definitely not fry my system? Or does the Xbox 360 set to receive different power depending on your location? I would prefer not to buy the
    voltage converter since it is twice as expensive.
