New Xbox 1s

New Xbox 1s, used app to install battlefield V codes while setting up, now can't find games, if trying to install on xbox says codes already used, any ideas??

Does a XBox 1 controller work in the new XBox 1s.

Just wondering if the controller from a Xbox 1 will work on the new Xbox 1s..I got the 1 terabyte gears of war edition for my nephew for Christmas and the store where I got the 1s never had any extra controllers for it in stock.Hope his Xbox 1 controller,and
he's got 2, will work on the 1s so my 2 nephews can play together on it..Any info appreciated.

 

xbox 1s switches randomly switches off & on

Thanks for coming to the forums. Are you signed in on the console with the same profile you used on the app. If not you will have to download that profile to the console, they will show under my games and apps, ready to install. If there were add on once
the game is installed then Highlight the game hit the start button then go to manage game then ready to install.

View and download game content

Once you've redeemed a code it will either download automatically (if set up) or it will wait for you to download from the "ready to download" section under games and apps on the account that you used to redeem the code.
