New X1s ticking fan

I think I've posted about this issue before with a previous Xb1s that I owned. So, I've had 4 of them and they've all had to be returned due to the same issue. From different stores as well. I'm kinda at a lost what to do as this new one has the exact same
issue. It isn't affecting the console, but it's just annoying to listen to. And I honestly don't want to have to return this one. That would make it that 5 have been returned.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had an X for 19 months. Solid as a Rock. Quiet. Next to X is PS 4 pro, sound like a jet taking off when the complex graphical scene comes up. Are you buying it from Microsoft or some third party? It seems impossible to me that same issue is with all
5! Are you sure that boxes are the real source of the sound? Have you tried to change the position of boxes?

You shouldn't be having a ticking sound. Is your area that the console is in free of dust? Any way you can upload a video with the sound you are hearing? Very strange to have that many consoles with the same issue.

Edit: Have a listen the the fan noise in this thread and let us know if it's the same sound you are hearing?

Its really strange that you got 5 bad consoles.

The location where you have those Xbox it's ventilated? There's too much dust?

Did you try in a different location?

Yeah, it's a bit like the sound in that thread. However, it's more of a high pitched chirping sound (like a cricket) and it's constant. This one isn't as loud as the previous ones, but it is still there. And my original xbox One was sat right where this
one was and that didn't ever have anything like this and i had the thing for nearly 6 years
