    So I got my new x box set up. It won't let me purchase games from the store. it says "something went wrong". Tried going online to purchase the game and it won't work either. Pretty *** off right now....

    Won't let me buy things in store

    For some reason when I play my nba2k17, then go to buy VC for my my player it says at the top (Contact us at Microsoft support)

    and below it saying (We're having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get that sorted out.) Someone please help I don't know what to do. This is after I click the (BUY) option just to say. It does not show a error code which is weird.

    Yeah for some reason it isn't in the x-box store, but it let me buy it in the Microsoft store, and it downloaded to my x-box one. I played Blade of Destiny and liked it, and Star trail is the 2nd game. I will try the developers.
