    I'm not sure if it appears in this video...but if you look closely you can see the Golden Chest necessary for the golden key given out for pre-orders.

    New Workouts?

    Nobodoy really knows. I've never seen an official post here.

    If you asked them on Twitter they'll probably give you the default reply of something among the lines of "We plan to continue to improve Xbox Fitness throughout the year". But they always say that. In the past they did add new (free as well as paid) workouts.
    The last time they did that was about 3 months ago.
    docs.google.com/.../edit     has a list of all the workouts and when they were added.

    Would be nice to get something new soon.

    Xbox Fitness ..HELP

    The workout programs with multiple workouts only give you the first workout free. You'll see it listed as "Free workout", which is usually "Workout 1" or "Week 1". If you want the rest of the workouts/weeks, you have to purchase that workout program. The
    Gold free benefit is basically giving you a "try before you buy" option.
