New wireless controller skips around on menu

I'm sorry to hear that it's a persisting issue. If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps provided and all still fails you will either need to
set up a fulfillment or replace the controller.Controllers have a 90-day warranty through Microsoft so it should be covered
by us to set up a fulfillment.

As well depending where you purchased the controller you might be able to exchange it in store, for that I would recommend to contact the store you purchased the controller from.

I went through all the steps and it didn’t work. I had me start over thr set up process - no trouble shoot menu. It’s stuck on the store screen and my controllers still skip around.

Brand new xbox -4 days old. The wireless controller all of a sudden started to skip menu options. It skips at least two options using the arrow keypad and joystick. Is there anyway to fix this? Will this be an ongoing problem? I’m unable to go to
settings or the home menu at all.

have you tryed plugging it in to the xbox yet

Thank you for your reply. I ended up returning both the console and extra contoller back to the store I purchased from in exchange for a new system/contoller. I’m pretty exhausted over this so fingers crossed that all will go well!
