new wireless controller disconnects whenever it wants to

Hi, i've just bought a new wireless controller for my xbox one but she disconnects every 5". I've tried to switch the batteries, play in front of my xbox without obstacles, with all devices like my cellphone switched off but nothing changes. My previous
wireless controller still works as hell so I don't understand. Help please

I've already tried the wireless controller troubleshooter and it doesn't change anything.

It works when I use a micro usb cable but i bought a wireLESS controller...

Have you used a micro USB cablee to attach to the console and got to settings>kinect & devices>devices & accessories and check for firmware updates.

Hi are you sure it's paired properly ? Is there a lot of device interference around you? What happens when it disconnects ? Does it stay on and stop working or does it shut off?

Does you controller disconnect as well?

I have the same problem, whenever I am using an online connection for a game, my wireless connections just randomly drops, could be as quick as 1 minute or as long as 45 minutes. Also my controller disconnects along with my wireless connection.
