    Jigsaw "news" is ridiculous

    "There is a new Microsoft Jigsaw collection celebrating the beauty of the season.

    "This week we released Microsoft Jigsaw: Winter! The collection includes 20 stunning winter landscapes featuring natural, urban, and rural environments at their snowy finest.

    "Complete winter wonderlands, a flurried cityscape and even a snow-trekking fox or lynx. Just click on "See all collections" and select Winter to download this seasonal collection today!"

    WHY ARE YOU ANNOUNCING THIS? A.) It's not new. B.) It doesn't work.

    I purchased several collections, including "Winter," a couple of weeks ago. They won't download. I says, "downloading," but nothing happens.

    Apparently there have been numerous complaints about Microsoft Jigsaw, but nothing's been done about the problems. It would be great to see a fix sometime soon.

    I downloaded and paid for jigsaw, (.(5 for a year and I have never receved any new puzzels

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    I have unistalled / installed / reset - everything I can think of. I installed Solitaire Collection and they connect to serve and work fine. I then launched Jigsaw from Collection, and the same problem exists, The app will freeze when it syncs to the server.
    I cannot get Jigsaw to work with the network connected. I'm out of puzzels and need to connect so I can download new ones.

    What version of Windows are you on?

    If you have Windows 10, the quickest way is to go to the "Start" menu and right-click on Microsoft Jigsaw. Then select, "Uninstall".
