New Windows Phone 10 - Restore Factory Issue

I am one participating in New Windows Phone 10 Preview Program, system appears excessive slow and crashes, i read in the forum the restore factory for fix issues with the last update.

But restore factory now is freezing in mechanism icon indicate installation on 30% or less, but after many tries appears ":-(" sad face, what i doo?

Please i need support!

Warning

To change the Windows Live ID you use on your phone, you'll have to restore your phone to factory settings, which will delete everything you've ever added to your phone. So make sure to back everything up first.

Connect your phone to your computer with a cable, then use the Zune software or the Windows Phone 7 Connector for Mac to back up your pictures, music, and videos.

On your phone, on Start, flick left to the App list, then tap Settings Settings icon > About.

Tap Reset your phone.

When the warning message appears, make sure you're really ready, then tap Yes. Your phone will restore itself to factory settings.

When your phone restarts, your phone will guide you through several steps to set up your phone. When you get to the Sign in with a Windows Live ID page, sign in with the new ID you want to use.

Error code 80153410 when trying to buy anything with MSP

I didn't try this but... maybe it will help you people. Just.... don't do it if you use windows phone... or you'll have to factory restore it, this is why I didn't try it.

Not a controller issue. It's XBX not working: freeze issues, restart, restore to factory, reinstalling and starting over after 10-20 minutes. Amusing.

I have the same problem with Lumia 635. I played the lite version on window phone and had no issues. I paid for the full version and it failed to launch game. I signed with Xbox live accounts and retry. Nothing work even I restore phone to factory with just
halo Spartan assault. Need help and getting disappointed since I paid for nothing.

I didn't try this but... maybe it will help you people. Just.... don't do it if you use windows phone... or you'll have to factory restore it, this is why I didn't try it.
