New Webcam isn’t working with series x on twitch app

i see a lot of other people having the same issue. I can go into Skype and it shows that my brand new webcam works perfectly fine but when i goto stream on twitch the webcam isnt recognized. Ive only noticed this issue since ive gotten my series x tho. Could
you please give us some direction microsoft, sucks getting a new webcam for christmas and not being able to take advantage of it and not being to find any answers as to why people are experiencing this problem.
