New update reverted my dashboard and reset my xbox

I'm in the Xbox Insider Program and I had the latest dashboard where the snap feature was removed and the home button brings up the guide instead. However, I just randomly got a mandatory update and after installing it, my Xbox One was totally reset and
the dashboard was reverted to the current version that most people have. I have no idea what happened and as far as I can tell, I'm still in the insider program.

Xbox One Constantly Resets

My Xbox One was working properly until I tried to download the new dashboard. Every time on the applying update screen my xbox resets, when it turns on its on the applying update screen and just resets again. It does this non stop.

 

Reverted to dashboard after updating games

Hello, this may or may not be an issue but whenever I update any game, it reverts me back to the dashboard. I never get disconnected, and the update finishes. Its only a minor issue and is just annoying. A few details: I upgraded my old Xbox Elite (of
2009) to the Xbox360 E today so this is my first day with a much newer Xbox. If being reverted to the dashboard after every update is supposed to happen, is there a way to disable that? Thanks
