New update preveiw program issue

I came home today to try to apply an update to my Xbox One console once the update started it said it could not complete that there was an error error code 80072efd I cannot connect to the internet even though I have internet connectivity through Wi-Fi and
landline I've been on support multiple times with multiple representatives and they have no answer for me one even told me to reset my console and now I can't use it at all they told me to go to these forums but there's been no answer whatsoever all they told
me it has something to do with the Xbox preview program all I know is it's been the worst customer experience I have ever had and I have had an Xbox now since the beginning but now all I have basically is a $300 paperweight so any and all help would be greatly
appreciated thanks

Just got a update

I'm not in the preveiw program.

 

TV constantly flickering after hard reboot

Same issue with the Choppy Audio from just the TV app. Started last night. I'm in the preveiw update OS
