new update not working (xbox one)

So the first thing we need to do is check and see if you can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Try doing this for me:

Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in. Press and hold the SYNC button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console. Continue holding the SYNC and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the SYNC and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

When the console powers up, you will see the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. Please select reset then keep games and apps. No worries, no games will be removed, just sign back in using the right account.

I'm afraid that's not going to work my xbox is so messed up that I just need a new one I have took it to a tech shop 3 times and it still has problems my xbox won't start up from my console power button I can only Jumpstart it with my controller

Sadly, that means, there is something wrong with your power button as well and if it's an Xbox One console, they no longer accept a service for that.

Just bought new xbox one and the update is not working!! Is this an xbox live issue?

Tried multiple ways of downloading and power cycling everything, i have 80mbs download speed.
