    New update not downloading


    Every time I try downloading the update, it keeps stopping and retrying, saving attempt 2 out of 3, or 3 out of 3. I have tried downloading multiple times and always in the end it keeps saying I cannot download it. Is there any fix for this? I would like
    to be able to connect to Live again...

    Downloading new updates?

    Can you expand a bit on this? If your console is taking an update, it shuts off randomly?

    Downloading new updates?

    Why is it when I'm downloading updates the system always shuts off unless I hit a button on the controller? I searched all the menus and didn't see a sleep feature anywhere. If there isn't a way to do this then I will be trading it in for a PS4

    What exactly have you tried to fix this issue? Do you get any error messages? It would help us if you were more specific.
