That's how it starts and before you know it.........it's on your doorstep......just saying.....

 

^Of all the things I'd be concerned about landing on my doorstep from that region of the world... let's just say a gaming regulation isn't on the list. LOL

 

Nintendo has been doing this for years with the WII.....

 

They're doing this is South Korea because they have too high a population that is addicted to gaming. I'm talking about an unhealthy addiction. They have the highest rate of addiction.

When I lived there I used to go to a "pc room" as I would call it so I could check MySpace and emails etc. The same people were there in the same seats every night. It was like that for a year. It was ₩1000 per hour. That's like a dollar.

 

Yeah,a fair few have died while playing games over there so makes sense.

They sit there for days on end playing games.

 

This is old news. I washed chap chong or this Australians youtube channel and it mentioned it there.

 

Should have a message that pops up, "Hey fatso, you're getting fatter. Get up, turn off your Xbox, go outside and go for a walk".

 

As long as I can turn it off, I don't care.

No Xbox can tell me what to do!

Or a message that says, "Seven days." With a count down everyday after that.

 

If you don't have the Kinect than this message won't appear, mainly due to the fact that the international multi lingual couch spies can't watch you.

 

The day my Xbox gives me a Message I've been playing too long then it turns off on its own is the day it goes in trash. Until then meh, silly health notices are all this is. Should I be upset when my PS4 is cold-booted I'm "forced"
to watch a Health and Safety advice screen also?

 

could be that there forced to put it on the screen, like playstation had to have the warning upon starting the console. we won't know and probably won't ever know why or even who may have ordered them to put it there.

 

Likely for health and safety reasons. Its not good playing hours upon hours without a break. Thats why schools and work places have breaks. Microsoft is like big brother or like your parents reminding you you need to take a break. Theres even legal requirements
that work places offer breaks and for there to be beeaks in school too. Health and safety. Fatigue can lead to safety concerns.

 

At work I want a break every ten minutes, While gaming a day could vanish and I wouldn't know. With that in mind, I actually did have a stroke as a child playing games all day, that is no lie.
