    New update messing my system up.


    I get the group not found when trying to get to the other forum to post this but I'm trying to find a solution to this quickly and can't continue to wait to gain access.

    So my system isn't detecting my Internet and when it does it says there is a hardware problem. Never had this problem till I updated and it makes it tough on me since I use the xbox for everything. Even run into problems just trying to watch a movie off
    of a disc and have to do a hard reset every time I put a movie in.

    Says I need an update to play the movie but a hard reset allows me to get it playing but no Internet connection won't let me go back to the old dash because I'm not a member according to the preview app. So I don't know what to do at this point.

    "We are unable to sync your data with the cloud just now" issue.

    It could be that sense theres a new update to the system to upgrade it to windows 10 that the cloud is messing up. When did this start to happen?

    DO NOT DO SYSTEM UPDATE!!!!!!

    Thanks for this march update it messed my xbox one up so awesome... um, to anyone without the auto updates on em, don't update your system its not worth the risk the xbox OS is fine the way it is and just like game markers adding new stuff to the game and
    messing it up xbox has done the same wih this os update gl everyone.

    New update messing my system up.

    Turn your Xbox off and unplug the power cord from the back for 2 minutes. Plug it back in and turn it back on.

    Also, when a member of Support sees your post, they can get you access to the forums.

    So I attempted doing that and it didn't work so I tried it again with unplugging everything like I had to do to get the update in the first place and that outcome was the same so unplugging everything and turning it off did nothing so I'm back to square
    one where I can't do anything because I can't connect to the internet to even post feedback and can't get back into the preview dashboard to undo the update.

    Going to try to call and see what they say but have a feeling it wont get me anywhere either.

    Hey mate,

    They'll tell you to go to the preview program support forums no doubt, as that is the only place to go for a support agent who works on the program as far as I'm aware.

    Have you tried it with an ethernet cable? Just to rule out whether its the wireless receiver causing the issues. Just something to try whilst we're waiting for your access

    Xbox support are aware of this issue and are currently working on a fix.

    Since you are part of the preview program you have acknowledged that you may come across problem like this. The normal unplug and restart doesn't always work when part of the preview, I've restarted my console 30+ times today and 15 times a day in the past
    week. Xbox will crash or freeze upon opening snap while in game etc... you can find real help here:

    On these normal forum's you find Ambassador's that think they know what's wrong even when they are not part of early access, people like this are noob's and need to know what they are talking about before they use 'Suggested Answer'.

    Now back on topic. If you bring this issue up with Xbox support you will receive the new fix (update) ASAP, they will also give you a support token for future reference. As I said this is bug Xbox is aware of and are working on a fix, many of my friend's
    that are also part of early access are having similar issuse's.

    DENAz666 was right about going to the preview program forums, as that is the only place you'll find help.

    Are you having the issue with a wired or wireless connection? if wireless try wired if you can, to get you back online as it only seems to be affecting the wireless adapter.

    Do you use USB external storage or the USB TV tuner? Try unplugging those then restarting you Xbox.

    These have been the workarounds that have worked for some people, the issue was reportedly fixed in preview update th2_xbox_rel_1510.151003-2016, but it has persisted.

    Hopefully you'll have access to the preview forums linked above soon and you can find solutions to the other issues your experiencing.
