    Faulty Kinect - seems a common problem

    Sine the update to the w10 OS mine keeps shutting off. Was fine before the update. A full shut down or restart puts makes it work for a few hours but it always shuts off again.

    After trying many things I have found out my Xbox One only keeps shutting down when it is connected to the internet, if I plug in the internet cable or connect using wi-fi it will shut almost immediately, but when it is disconnected from the internet it
    will stay on all day....weird.

    Have you tried to keep the system on? Also, check your connection for your internet to make sure it works fine.
    I sit here watching the download, my system does not shut down.

    There is nothing wrong with my gigabit internet as I am able to download and install other digitally owned games.

    Hey mate, unfortunately this has been taken off the marketplace due to the new update making the game unplayable for new users. The servers will be shut off in November and if you didn't download the update before it was taken down there is no way to play
    it.

    You must have an internet connection to download. It is like that for all downloads. By offline do you mean you're xbox is turned off? If so, just go to system settings and start up, shut down options. And let you're xbox download while it is off. I hope
