New Update Issues

I recently downloaded the newest update from Xbox One. The update did not go to the installing update screen. My Xbox is in a stalled state where it won't load, only seeing a black screen. I tried the offline diagnostic tool and can't the unit to beep
twice to load the USB. Please help. I have only had the unit for 15 months.

I downloaded the new update ( and dashboard ) recently. I tried to play in system link and cant join the other players. My friends machines could still link but after they updated, they can't join either. Is there something we are missing?

Try Clearing The Cache, Of The HDD, That You Have The Game Save Data & Re-Download The Game Update... It Might Be Corrupted... Go To Far Right Of Dashboard & Enter; System, Storage, Press Y On The HDD, Then Clear System Cache & Reset Console..

When You Enter The Game.. It Should Automatically Download Game Update... [Make Sure All Consoles, Have Been Cleared Of Cache & All Consoles Update At The Same Time]

Sorry you're having issues with your console. Try following the
troubleshooter here to see if there are any other steps you can try. If you cannot get it to load using that, then as you mentioned above the

Offline Diagnostic Tool is going to be your only option. Not hearing the beeps it could be the flash drive you're using, or one of the steps isn't getting completed right.

Here is a video that shows you the process step by step. A couple things to keep in mind is make sure your flash drive is

formatted NTFS, there are no other files on the flash drive, you've unplugged your console's power for a couple minutes, and you've unplugged the network cable.
