Fallout 4 refuses to load.

i cant even install it on my new XB1S console it keeps saying the disc is dirty or damaged but i can install it without problems on my old xb1 console

I'm having the same issue. Is it when you eject the disc it automatically inserts it again. And saying disc dirty or damage. The only way I can change disc is by hard rebooting it every time I want to change disc

 

Support is aware of the problem and has passed it on to the dev team which is working on a fix as fast as they can remain patient until a fix is issued.

 

Having same issues I can play a game for few hours then when I go to switch it tells me disk is dirty and check disk have to cache reset xbox for it to work again. Hopefully this issue gets fixed soon because me and 5 of my friends have the exact same problem.

Same issue here. This is so disturbing. Only thing that fix it is unplugging the outlet from the electricity every time. And it sucks... Please fix it as soon as possible since is killing my xbox one

 

I just made a new thread about this problem because I didn't see this one but I'm having the same issues everytime I switch a game and it doesn't matter what it is and I know like 3 of my friends are having the same issues also.
