New Update doesn't recognise my premium subscription

    New Update doesn't recognise my premium subscription


    I paid a premium subscription on June 2nd 2018, but after the update I have those wonderful ad's back. What I would like is no adverts ... please, that is what I paid for, oh and ghosting etc and all of the other premium features.

    Upgrading to premiun

    After the latest Windows update it is asking me to upgrade to premium. My subscription doesn't expire until January and now I got ads. New Update doesn't recognise my premium subscription :(

    have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. have rest the windows store several times.

    have cleaned the registry of all Microsoft solitaire collection entries. my games in xbox shows

    i have paid for the premium and goo till Dec. 2018. any ideals how to get the premium subscription

    working on the new spring update?

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection hangs on load screen

    Although now it doesn't recognise that I have a paid premium subscription. For the last two days it worked if I pressed the restore purchases option in the menu. Today it doesn't. I think Microsoft are messing around with the programme as they did recently with Minesweeper.

    On Xbox, you can use balance. But the premium subscription is not available, only robux
