    New update crashes game, deleting it makes the game unplayable as well.


    The most recent tomb raider: underworld update makes the game freeze on startup, requiring a hard shut-down of the xbox console.

    If I delete it, then I'm put on the ten-minute limit.

    New preview update makes games unplayable

    I forget to mention that I experience frequent controller disconnects now as well... And the controller sync button doesn't work after installing the latest preview.

    If you post in the forum the preview team can investigate the issue and get a fix. Have tried uninstalling and reinstall those games?

    I have also got this error, it all started after the new update. The game will last for about 20 minutes and then crash.

    Same here! Ever since the new update.

    It's now literally unplayable for me as I just tried it again and it only lasted 5 minutes this time. Reinstalling the game doesn't work. I don't understand why the NAT would have anything to do with this either.

    If you use the "instant on" mode on your One, have you tried a hard reset? Turn your console off via the console itself and hold your finger on the button for about 10 seconds until the console turns completely off and the light on the PSU turns orange,
    then turn it back on.
