New Update causes connection issues?

Have you recently downloaded any new content or DLC's? Sometimes a corrupted update or add-on can cause this issue and once the file is deleted the connection smooths out. You will know if this is the cause if the connection issues only happen during one
game.

sorry mate bit retarded when it comes to the computer stuff, by network passcodes i take it you mean the codes to log onto my router and internet, not codes for the xbox itself?

Not at all, it just resets the network settings on the console to the factory defaults. You will need to go through the network setup process again on the console so be sure you have your network passcode handy.

- You may still have the issue though as I suspect your headset is the culprit, changing the channel your router is using may be the way to go.

Hi, it could well be the headset causing interference with your wireless connection. Something you could try is changing the channel your router uses to broadcast the signal. You could also try restoring the network settings on the console.

Choose Wired or Wireless

Choose Configure Network

Choose Additional Settings

Select Restore to Factory Defaults

Select Yes, restore to factory defaults when prompted
