New update available but I need a previous one

    New update available but I need a previous one


    I spoke to Microsoft a while ago and they informed me I had to wait for the beta update to be released for the public build. The one I needed is 7284 and I noticed they have made available 7338. I don't really understand how those updates work once I joined the insiders without knowing what it was. Yes, I know, that's dumb. Can you guys please help me?

    As I said before, the previous subscription was converted, you had to wait until it ends, that's why it keeps saying that, all your previous months available of the subscription are now under that payment method

    And as I already said a couple of times, you need to wait until that ends for being able to get a new one

    While I'm not in this preview program, from previous preview program experiences, I can tell you that...well, you'll just have to wait. No new information available means that you're on the preview platform--there isn't anything new that's been pushed to
    you. When there is anything available, then your console will update. Cool your jets. Just wait.
