    New turtle beach head and new xbox one - not working


    I got a new Xbox one for Christmas and a new headset 2 days ago however when i try to use party chat i can hear the party but they cannot hear me.

    my controller is up to date

    my headset isnt on mute

    what else should i try?????

    Turtle Beach

    Hi all. Just purchased the Turtle Beach 30x cheap Headset for my Xbox one not realising that it needs a new Xbox controller (didn't realise there was a new controller) to plug directly into.

    In the Turtle Beach instructions it says to purchase the Ear Force Headset Audio Controller so I can plug the head set into that then that into the controller.

    My question at last is, will the official headset adapter for Xbox work with the Turtle Beach instead of their Audio Controller.

    that would be sweet...i'm hoping turtle beach has some xbox one head sets at launch I need a new headset anyway.

    You have received a communication ban have you? You can check here by logging in
    enforcement.xbox.com/home Good Luck!

    If you don't have a ban try a hard reset. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
    Once it is back up and operational test for results.

    Xbox One and Turtle Beach Transmitter Conflict

    Don't upgrade to quickly. I upgraded my original Xbox One Head set to a new Turtle Beach Head set because the original seemed to no longer work. And well, neither work now, at least on party chat.
