New Tracks on Forza?

So they threw a 3GB update at me last night and when it said I could "play now" I was racing on Road America.



I don't remember that being there before.



How many new tracks have they added? Just 1 or more?

I completely agree regarding a track pack. I've said it in other threads, but new cars don't really add much to the game outside of something new to slap stickers on. Tracks on the other hand would open up new game-play. The problem with track packs (traditionally)
is that the new tracks are never really incorporated into the seasons or event lists. They're just there mainly for online use, hot laps & arcade modes. If the tracks were to be added into the actual events & seasons, that would be awesome. Sadly, I don't
think we're ever going to see additional tracks though.

The new track is much better anyway.The old track was just a boring and demoltian track.

 

I think it's just one but I've not tried it yet.

Will the update add 3D crowds, dynamic weather and night tracks, probably not.

 

'Fraid not, it's Road Atlanta and a car booster pack.

 

As long as they keep releasing tracks for free they'll have no complaints from me.

 

They should also add the option to make the races longer! On a side note this is the 1st racing game where I have used in car view and I'm really getting tuned into it big time!

 

Deezee I love in car view in this game, its all i use, have you got head tracking turned on it works a beut once you calibrate it! Like the new track as well. Didnt like Ladyhawk's drivatar overtaking me on the finish line to take 2nd place.

 

Whats that Genchy is it something to do with Kinect?

 

Yes mate, its on the screen just before you start the race I think, next to where you turn the assists on and off. Just means that when you are in the "In car" view you can turn your head and the camera turns with it, I love it! Make sure you calibrate
it though or its a nightmare!

I heard about this. I must say, I like that they are giving it for free. I drum on about DLC a lot and how against it I am, but if a game wants to compensate players that don't buy DLC as well then I certainly will not grumble. Is the marketplace up yet?
