New to xboxone: having issues seeing games between console and xbox website

okay so I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct area. Forgive my noobness. Please. Anyway, currently ive had an xbox one for two weeks. Last console I owned was n64.. I love playing fps games. I tried downloading counterstrike:go from the xbox website,
which is originally for the 360 but is backwards compatible. I love this game, used to play on pc. Anyway, while viewing the 14.99 version of the game, I saw a free version listed underneath so I decided to "buy" it. Put in card info yada yada, however it
says it should be found in my "ready to install" area on my console. I don't see it anywhere. Another thing is that when I'm logged into my online account on the xbox website and go to my games, it only shows "back to the future", which I downloaded free as
it suggested when I first got xbox live gold. Shouldn't it show my other three games on the website? Btw they are COD:ww2, COD infinite warfare, and Disney's Cars (all 3 were installed via disk). So all together I have four games and I can only see one. Thanks
for any help lol. Hoping I get someone genuine on here. I attached a screenshot showing the counterstrike:go game I downloaded for free. Oh and by the way, the reason I downloaded it off the website is because when I try to download counterstrike on the console
it says to log into the xbox website to get it. It also says avail. For xbox one on both... Stumped ha

Achievements unlocked but not showing up here?

Hey there George! I understand you are seeing some discrepancies between your achievements and what is showing on Xbox.com. Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing on your console so I can compare it with what is on the website?

Also, were these achievements earned offline and have you since signed in to Xbox LIVE on the same console? If you haven't signed in yet, do not move or download your profile until signing in at least once to sync the achievements. Let me know, thanks!

What you downloaded for free is just the game's trailer, ,not the game itself. That's why it won't show on the console.

As far as the other games, it depends on where you're looking. It sounds like whatever list you're looking at will only show games you've purchased digitally.

 

okay that makes perfect sense. Thanks for answering both however when I went back to try and watch the video I "bought" I was confused again... Took a screenshot... Misleading? Or is it just me??? I see how there is a little picture of a film reel and a
controller possibly indicating that it's a video trailer or whatever but check out what happens when I hit buy again.. Pretty sure this is what threw me off in the first place. This gaming world is crazy lo so new to me...

hey thanks much for your reply. Makes perfect sense. I went back and realized there is a little icon with a picture of a filmstrip and controller on it next to the counterstrike thing I "bought"...Anyway... After clicking it im back to being confused again..
Lol is it just me or does this screenshot below prove it to be misleading? This new gaming world is crazy. I've been away from it for tooooooo long ha

 

The trailer doesn't have a different name than the game. So that description will look the same.
