    New to Xbox Live


    Hi I am a female gamer and i am looking for new friends, I dont have gold at the moment but will be getting gold on the 9th May when i get paid. I only play on the 360 at the moment, I play forza 4, Assassin's Creed games, Call of duty, gears and many more.

    So feel free to add me will hopefully be getting a xbox one in October

    Residing in UK - New Xbox Live account only has AUST Apps

    No a new Xbox live account

    Xbox and games for windows live regions can never be changed once set

    Since it is a pre existing games for windows account it goes by that region

    You will have to create an new Xbox live account with a new windows live id

    You cannot change the country that is associated with your Xbox LIVE account. If you want to access Xbox LIVE from your new location, you have to create a new Xbox LIVE account in your new region.

    Missing Purchase History

    Okay so I just logged onto my XBOX and it automatically logged me into that new XBOX Live account I had created. Apparently when I deleted the new Windows Live ID it did NOT delete the new XBOX Live Account. All the games (purchase history) I am missing
    is under this account. I don't know how this happened as this is NOT my original XBOX Live Account. Is there any way to transfer them back to my original XBOX Live account and then delete this new XBOX Live Account permanently? Thanks!

    Hi there,

    -

    you can only promote an offline account to an online account via the console, you can not combine an offline account with an existing xbox live account (which you created via the computer). So the only way to use the game data from his offline account is
    to promote that account via the console.

    Not sure if you tried it yet, but have you tried to first create a microsoft account for your son via the link:
    signup.live.com/signup.aspx and make sure it has a parental account etc setup, after that use that microsoft account to promote his offline account to an online account via the steps
