New to Xbox - how do I play my new game?

I have to start by qualifying myself. I am a grandma who purchased an Xbox one s for my two young grandsons (8 & 5). I purchased the Minecraft bundle and set it up fine and they can play the game with no problem. Now I purchased my first game Xbox one
game for them (Forza 6). I put the disk in and the game doesn't play, I did the process for redeeming the code and still nothing (the code now says it has been redeemed). I don't want access to Xbox live I just want them to play the game on the cd. Can
you help me with how to get started with loading a new game?

Looking at the specs of your laptop, and the minimum specs needed for Flight Simulator, the game should work on your laptop. When you launch the game, do you get any error messages, or does it crash or take too long to load?

If I transfer my XBOX Live account to my new email, will the games I purchased be associated to the new email as well? How will I play the games I purchased using the old email?
