New to Xbox 360 Live and looking for Minecraft friends

Hello everyone!

As the subject says, I'm new to using Xbox 360 Live, so I'm way behind the curve on getting friends. But, I have played on the console before on my own so I'm not completely clueless (I hope). I recently became obsessed with Minecraft and would love to have
a few friends to help, hang out, or whatever. I'd love to visit your worlds too and help with anything you need.

I am new to Minecraft, but have been watching a lot of vids and googling information, so I think having a few experienced players as friends will really help me so that I can learn this game a little faster. But, newbies to the game like me are welcome too,
as we can help each other both learn the game.

My world is pretty bland right now, just been mining and gathering materials at this point, so there isn't much to see - YET! I have grand plans for my world LOL

So, my GT is and, if I figure out how to hook up my mic, I'll have voice (which I prefer). (Do I need a special mic or can I just plugin in one into the xbox USB?)

Survival!

New to Xbox live but not minecraft. Looking for friends who like survival! Add me!

 

P.S. I am only playing on survival mode, peaceful at the moment. But I plan to up the difficulty once I've figured out the game a little more and feel confident enough to take down some creepers and skellies. Also, I'd prefer adult only players because I
curse like a sailor. I'm in the US and I play daily, but I am a night owl, so I don't think there would be any issues with time difference trying to play with folks on the other side of the world.
