New to online,help me receive my first paid download

My situation.. bought 15$ movie to download. requires 6.8g.I have 8g flash drive empty. I guess 8g in the Xbox becomes 6.7g??confused I move on.I find the cloud.problem solved plenty of room.opps.gold only.??frustrated not knowing the time limit to DL..I
go gold.. now movie still says no room.acts as if its not recognizing my cloud space.please help me watch my 25$ movie

Dowloaded fifa15 but couldn't play..region code incorrect... I downloaded via fifa 15 demo...how about refund???

I download first Fifa15 Demo...then i choose from the menu to buy it..so i paid by visa and download the full game...but when i wanted to play i received th message... Region code incorrect... How can i refund my money???i'm from Egypt...our region code
is pal....so how you can accept the money....download... Please help me to receive the right game with the right region code or to get back my money..

why can't my son play online?

today I paid for a new membership on xbox live in order to play online with other gamers in his xbox 360

it doesn't work at all. can anyone please help me help my son?

That's because cloud is only meant for gamesaves not for content or games

Content must be linked to a console not cloud

Flash drives must have Xbox system and security info on it which does take some space

You have to use a bigger flash drive or buy an Xbox HD

davemcfly85 u didnt understand its a new xbox i paid for and the problame isnt the 3 accounts trials its about downloading the new dashboard and go online and to play.

and its not letting me download the new dashboard at all just given me an status error ; /
