New to GTA online

I know when this game first launched there was server problem. Are they having the same issue again. I was really having high hopes for this game but every time I jump online I'm alone. It's really gay. I like the single player but all my friends hyped
this game for me and how good online was but this really sucks playing by myself

Sucks that you are having problems. Some friends and myself played for hours yesterday with almost no issues. Have you checked your NAT settings? That's usually the first thing I recommend to my friends that are having connection problems.

 

It's open. You've played in a lobby with 30 players on a map?

 

give it a little time. just as with LG there will be some issues at first.

I played in a lobby with 22 players in it last night with no issues.

 

They did warn us that there will be issues and to be patient while they work through them, but I get where you're coming from. I too find myself in lobbies alone or with one other person and only a couple times with a little more than 10.
