    New to GOLD, on ONE


    Hi guys,

    Trying to get back into Xbox after purchasing a console about 6 months ago (haven't really enjoyed the experience much to be honest, apart from Titanfall). There just doesn't seem to be many good games out.

    Anyways, I subscribed to Gold yesterday and was hoping to find a list or area where free/reduced price games or content can be found? I came across a couple of items, but searching manually kinda sucks

    I see netflix is not available in OZ, kinda annoying. What else do you guys use your console for? Tenplay and similar apps look OK

    Will my xbox live subscription carry on on xbox one or will we need to get a new gold for xbox one ?

    Question about Xbox One Parental Controls

    Also I forgot to mention on Xbox one once you own one gold account you can make as many free new gold accounts as you want in your household. On Xbox 360 you would have to pay 60$ for each whereas all you need on Xbox one is one gold subscription then other
    accounts are free.

    Mainly Skype and gaming. Tenplay when i forget to record on my had recorder. Can't help you with cheap games as I'm all digital.

    Skype,quickflix, i havent ran out of a shootage of games usually always something to do , havent used the tenplay app etc I usually hit the little gold advertisement banner and it shows all the discounts etc with gold.

    I will add the Forza Hub App as something I will use as it beats going to Forza.net via the browser and as I have Forza 5 and now Horizon 2 this will get used a lot.

    There are 2 ways to buy Xbox Live.

    1. With 3months gold, 6 months gold and 12 months gold.

    That contains, if you buy it one time and after the 3, 6 or 12 months gold period expire and you want a new one, you just can buy a new code.

    2. Auto-renewal.

    That contains, if your Gold period expire, they will get money from your bank account and you have new gold.
