    New to game and Xbox: a basic question on having two players


    Hi,

    We are not serious gamers but my daughter likes to play the Wii and has recently taken to Minecraft. We got an Xbox One S Minecraft bundle for Xmas.

    She has been playing as a single, offline player and has built a nice world for herself. But we are struggling to figure out how I can join that world of hers. We are able to get to the split screen but I am unable to join her world. OTOH she can join the
    world that I created.

    Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

    Multiple Controller playing on One console

    Hi

    My be this is very basic dumb question.

    I just bought xbox one . Few games like spark , NBA etc. I have 2 controllers

    My dumb question is how can 2 different players take these two controllers and play in the game Just like Wii (Ouch)

    Spark game says its a 2 player .

    I don't want to buy gold package . Whenever I choose multiplayer it prompts me to goto gold package screen

    That is irritating .

    New to FIFA...basic questions

    Ive always played the demos every year and love them, but im so into shooters or college football i never seem to have time to buy. Well the demo impressed me so i bought it today. My first question was going to be about penalty kicks, but i found out
    in practice how the aiming works, so at least now my shots dont haul-@@@ to nowhere....tho any advice would be appreciated none the less.



    One major thing is shooting. Now i just played my first exhibition match, and i scored 2 goals; 1 from a pass in front, and one from about 20'. Both "did happen how i expected", but i cant help but feel like every shot i take is random. Ive had a couple
    crosses come to far and when i try to hit them, espec on a volley, i smack the hell out of it and dont even come close. I guess my question is what is some good advice for shooting?? I cant imagine its "lucky" everytime you get a good accurate shot in net,
    but i cant seem to get any accuracy regularly, which is why it feels random or lucky. Any advice?? Thx in advance

    New to FIFA...basic questions

    1) Switch shooting to either "assissted" or "semi." 2) Don't hold down the 'B' button for very long. This will tend to sail shots way over the net. 3) Try to do some finesse shots. Hold "RB" and then hit "B" 4) I'm going to assume you are playing
    w/ a fairly decent team... learn the lob through ball. "LB" and "Y". If you have a forward making a run towards goal, this will (normally) pop the ball up over the defender onto your sprinting striker/winger.

    The only thing i still question is how it will work for gamers such as myself who basically only play in groups of 3 or more in matchmaking MP games.

    If I have a great rating but 1 friend has a poor while the other is higher & one player is brand new, what does it consider us to be?

    What if i avoid a player while a friend prefered a player?

    I'm sorry to inform you that it is not possible to play on an Xbox console and through Xbox Cloud Gaming with the same account simultaneously. This is because when playing on Xbox Cloud Gaming, the games run on their Xbox console version, which is basically as if you were playing on another Xbox console, and it is not possible to play on two Xbox consoles simultaneously with the same account.

    This does not apply, for example, if you play your downloaded games on a PC while someone else plays on Xbox Cloud Gaming. These are considered two different devices (one being the PC and the other being Xbox Cloud Gaming, which is like playing on an Xbox console).

    If you mean playing with two controllers through Xbox Cloud Gaming as local multiplayer, I'm afraid that at the moment, this is not possible because Xbox Cloud Gaming only supports the use of one controller at the same time, two cannot be used. Hopefully in the future, Xbox will allow two or more controllers to be connected while playing in the cloud, like other accessories, but we will have to wait for some news or an announcement about it.

    If you want to play together in local multiplayer with two controllers, you will need to do so by downloading the game directly to your device.
